We have a 7-10 business day processing time currently for all orders to ship. Our warehouse isn't open on the weekends, so orders placed Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on Monday morning. Once shipped you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. We have seen that UPS, USPS and Fed Ex are all experiencing delays of up to 48-72 hours in uploading tracking numbers, even though orders have been shipped. Don’t be concerned if your tracking number doesn’t show movement in the first few days. We really appreciate your patience. Cancellations are not possible once an order is placed.

CAN I WASH MY JUJUBE ITEM?
YES! Caring for your JuJuBe bag and accessories will prolong their long and healthy life and help keep them looking great. Our cloth bags and accessories are machine washable for easy maintenance but be sure NOT to wash your bag with light colored or delicate items. Here are the settings suggested for best results:
MACHINE WASH COLD, GENTLE CYCLE. LINE DRY.

To keep your vegan leather bag tidy and clean, we recommend wiping down the exterior to clean off any stains or spills. Unlike real leather, our vegan leather does not need to be treated. Features like agion-lined interiors, Teflon-lined exteriors, luggage feet, and more are designed to keep your vegan leather JuJuBe bag as clean as possible with minimal upkeep!

HOW CAN I FIND OUT ABOUT THE RELEASE OF NEW PRODUCTS?
I LOST MY BLING!
Have you lost the sparkle on your rhinestone embellished JuJuBe bag, and now your bag just isn’t the same without it? No problem. Send us an email letting us know exactly what part of which bag you lost stones to (as there are many different rhinestone sizes.) A picture is always helpful!

Once you have received your rhinestones, replace them as follows:
1) Place a tiny bit of superglue on the end of a toothpick (preferably away from your bag in case of accidental superglue explosion).
2) Dab the end of the toothpick onto the indent where the rhinestone is missing.
3) Press the rhinestone in and wait for it to dry. You’ll be sparkling again in no time!

CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT STRAP FOR MY BAG?
Of course! We offer a selection of replacement shoulder straps and backpack straps to fit most of our bags.
ARE YOUR BAGS AND ACCESSORIES PVC FREE?
Absolutely. All of our bags are made without PVC, including our picture pockets. The picture pockets in our bags and wallets are made from Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), a material we chose specifically because it’s PVC free.
DO JUJUBE BAGS PASS THE NEW CPSIA REQUIREMENTS FOR LEAD AND PHTHALATES?
Absolutely. All of our bags are designed for supreme safety to protect you and your family from any harmful materials.

We love our loyal customers and love rewarding them which is why we created the All Star Loyalty Rewards program. Stars from multiple accounts cannot be combined into a single account, and there is a maximum of one account per household/address. Accounts with the same address and multiple emails will be viewed a violation of the terms and conditions of the loyalty rewards program. Accounts that have different addresses and emails but are known to belong to one individual will also be viewed as a violation of the terms and conditions of the loyalty rewards program. The Supernova Welcome Box is limited to one per household/address.
Purchases of Gift Cards are not eligible for earning stars. However when gift cards are used, stars will be earned for the account placing the order.
