CAN I WASH MY JUJUBE ITEM?
YES! Caring for your JuJuBe bag and accessories will prolong their long and healthy life and help keep them looking great. Our cloth bags and accessories are machine washable for easy maintenance but be sure NOT to wash your bag with light colored or delicate items. Here are the settings suggested for best results:
MACHINE WASH COLD, GENTLE CYCLE. LINE DRY.

To keep your vegan leather bag tidy and clean, we recommend wiping down the exterior to clean off any stains or spills. Unlike real leather, our vegan leather does not need to be treated. Features like agion-lined interiors, Teflon-lined exteriors, luggage feet, and more are designed to keep your vegan leather JuJuBe bag as clean as possible with minimal upkeep!

HOW CAN I FIND OUT ABOUT THE RELEASE OF NEW PRODUCTS?
I LOST MY BLING!
Have you lost the sparkle on your rhinestone embellished JuJuBe bag, and now your bag just isn’t the same without it? No problem. Send us an email letting us know exactly what part of which bag you lost stones to (as there are many different rhinestone sizes.) A picture is always helpful!

Once you have received your rhinestones, replace them as follows:
1) Place a tiny bit of superglue on the end of a toothpick (preferably away from your bag in case of accidental superglue explosion).
2) Dab the end of the toothpick onto the indent where the rhinestone is missing.
3) Press the rhinestone in and wait for it to dry. You’ll be sparkling again in no time!
DO YOU SELL REPLACEMENT CHANGING PADS?
Yes, we do! Shop our replacement memory foam changing pads.
CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT STRAP FOR MY BAG?
Of course! We offer a selection of replacement shoulder straps and backpack straps to fit most of our bags.
ARE YOUR BAGS AND ACCESSORIES PVC FREE?
Absolutely. All of our bags are made without PVC, including our picture pockets. The picture pockets in our bags and wallets are made from Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), a material we chose specifically because it’s PVC free.
DO JUJUBE BAGS PASS THE NEW CPSIA REQUIREMENTS FOR LEAD AND PHTHALATES?
Absolutely. All of our bags are designed for supreme safety to protect you and your family from any harmful materials.
ARE YOUR BAGS AND ACCESSORIES FLAME RETARDANT FREE?
TELL ME ABOUT YOUR SMART MAGNETS!
We like our smart magnets! Included in almost all of our JuJuBe bags, they are supremely quiet, which is so much better than Velcro (which tends to be loud and snags your clothes). Smart magnets also make our bags easy-to-open and close when juggling a baby or groceries. However, there are some additional considerations you might need to make when it comes to using your smart magnet product. Before using any product near any of your smart magnet-included bags, check the user manual or the product’s website to see if there is a magnet warning that could affect the function. Items that may be affected by our smart magnets include cell phones and subway cards. Here is a list of items that can occasionally be affected by proximity to magnets, so you can keep all of your things safe:
CREDIT CARDS – SAFE!
We have been carrying credit cards in our bags for over six years with no problems! If you like to be an extra cautious you can put your cards inside a wallet or card case for extra protection.
CELL PHONES – SAFE!
No problem—they don’t have magnetic data storage.
SMART CELL PHONES -- GENERALLY SAFE!
As most smartphone rely on a memory chip rather than a hard drive, most smartphones are safe around our magnet clips but do double-check with your instruction manual.
HARD DRIVE PALM PILOTS – NOT SAFE!
FLASH MEMORY PALM PILOTS – SAFE!
Once again, if it has a hard drive, then you need to keep it away from magnets. But please check your user manual.
DIGITAL CAMERA – SAFE!
If you would like to take extra precautions—or simply keep your camera scratch-free!—consider one of our camera cases.
iPods and MP3 players – NOT SAFE!
Please check your user manuals, as many music players have hard drives that are susceptible to damage by strong magnets depending on the model. The iPod Shuffle and the iPod Nano do not have hard drives (they have flash based memory), so they would be safe.
MAGNETIZED HOTEL KEY CARDS, SUBWAY CARDS or THEME PARK FAST PASS TICKETS – NOT SAFE!

Please note that there is one exception to our returns policy: no returns or exchanges on items marked final sale.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
Once we receive your return it will take approximately 5-7 business days for it to be processed. During the holiday season, please allow an extra 3-5 business days to our average 5-7 day processing time. Once your return has been completed, we will get in touch via email to confirm your refund.
