You may return most new, unopened items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund as long as the item was not a final sale item. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of an error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note that returns over $500.00 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

2. Reason for Return
3. Order Number (This can be found in your JuJuBe account or original order confirmation email!)
4. What item(s) are being returned
5. Please indicate whether you would like a refund or an online credit.
JuJuBe.com ships to the United States and US Territories, APOs, DPOs and FPOs. We are unable to ship internationally or accept international credit cards.
When you place an order, processing will take between 24-48 business hours. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
All JuJuBe UPS Next Day and 2nd Day shipping orders placed by 9 am PST Monday - Friday will ship on the same business day. If a Next Day or 2nd Day shipping order is placed after 9 am PST, it will ship the next business day. Next Day and 2nd Day shipping orders placed Saturday - Sunday will ship the following Monday. UPS Next Day Air does not deliver on Saturday.
