Returns Policy
You have 30 days from your original order date to return your JuJuBe purchase as long as it isn't a final sale or clearance item. All returns must be in new condition with all tags attached and unused. While we’d love to take back “gently used” goods, we can’t. There are plenty of places to find a good home for them, though including our Pre-Loved website!

 

Submit your return request above at our Loop Returns portal. Please note customers are responsible for the return shipping of their item. We supply discounted shipping labels and will deduct the cost of the label from your return.

 

JuJuBe is not responsible for goods that get lost in transit if a trackable method is not used! Please note that it takes up to 7 business days for your return to be checked in once it is received at the warehouse. Once checked in, you will be refunded. Returns over $250.00 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 

Shipping
JuJuBe.com ships to the United States and US Territories, APOs, DPOs and FPOs. We do ship Internationally to select countries, and orders include shipping fees as well and duties and taxes.

 

When you place an order, processing will take between 7-10 business days. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Our free Ground shipping option is via Smartpost.

 

All JuJuBe Next Day and 2nd Day shipping orders placed by 9 am PST Monday - Friday will ship on the same business day. If a Next Day or 2nd Day shipping order is placed after 9 am PST, it will ship the next business day. Next Day and 2nd Day shipping orders placed Saturday - Sunday will ship the following Monday. Next Day Air does not deliver on Saturday.

 

JuJuBe International reserves the right to cancel orders at any time. Buying with the intention of reselling is strictly prohibited and can lead to consequences such as: limited quantities and frequencies on future orders allowed, added fees to cover shipping and duties, and potential banning from future purchases. Free Shipping is limited to orders up to $600, orders over $600 will be invoiced for additional shipping charges.

"I love how convenient this is and compared to my Jujube Hello Kitty Be Right Back it is much smaller and more convenient. It still packs a bunch of compartments and holds plenty, but the side pockets for bottles are inside so it will be sleeker in look and a bit tighter. Overall this is best for short runs and lighter."

Great Daily Work /Laptop Backpack

"Great every day bag for work! I don't need to carry diapers or baby/kid stuff, but love this bag as a sleek daily work backpack that doesn't look like a "school" or "diaper bag" bag. It's perfect to carry my laptop home & back, fits a 13" wide ThinkPad & my personal MacBook Pro just fine. I walk to & from work, so prefer a backpack for work use. The Tech pocket is where I store my phones, air pods & keys, I like how wide it opens so I can see what's in there quickly. The interior bottle pockets are great; perfect for holding an umbrella out of the way & my insulated Starbucks iced coffee cup, which I do put in a plastic bag while transporting when full. I dislike having those things "exposed" when wearing the bag esp. on the bus or subway which I take more in winter. Also holds my 16 oz coffee thermos & the "classic" size swell bottles. There's still room for a sweater or jacket which I stash for my walk in summer & pair of work shoes, or lunch. Love the rollaboard sleeve on the back for travel. Fits over my Tumi suitcase handle well. Would have preferred more inside pockets in the Parent Pocket, one is not enough, but it's nice that the Large Pouch from the 3-piece set fits in for when I don't need the space."
