Shipping Policy
Please note that all sale items are final—no cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges are allowed. Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends). Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, and tracking information may take up to 72 hours to update. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will begin processing on Monday. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please double-check your shipping and billing information before placing your order, as we cannot make changes once it's submitted. We do not offer price adjustments or partial refunds on previous purchases.

JuJuBe ships within the U.S., U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and select international countries. Free U.S. ground shipping is available for orders up to $600; orders over $600 may incur additional shipping fees. Expedited shipping (Next Day or 2nd Day) must be placed by 9 AM PST, Monday–Friday, to ship the same day.

JuJuBe International reserves the right to cancel any order and prohibits purchases intended for resale.
