The Warm Sand Color and Ziggy design is gorgeous in person- the pictures have nothing on the beauty of it in real life. It matches beautifully with so many things- whomever designed this- BRAVO! Loving the perfection of the two combined. The midi is a great size for quick trips or as a mommy bag. With the redesign it is much more comfortable and can fit more- I have yet to try it out holding it packed completely full- so I won't speak to whether it would get uncomfortable- but packed lightly- it's great.
Love jujube as is and refreshing to see modern prints such as this. Able to use out with kids or just hanging with the girls. Love the washability so I never had to worry and the pockets for organizing. The only thing I would request is changing the square hardware to d rings so they don’t wedge into your back.
I ordered a couple of Navy Duchess items in September totaling $90.09. I checked often for the order statues on my jujube account to see if it's been shipped out but there wasn't any updates. Than on Sept 27th, I got an email from Jujube with a tracking number from FedEx. When I clicked on the link, FedEx tracking said the package was delivered 5 days ago on Sept 23rd. I didn't know there was a package waiting for me outside my house on the 23rd or I would have looked outside my house. The packaged was probably stolen that day, overnight, or the next morning because I didn't know there was a package waiting for me to grab and take inside. We don't go outside of the house just to be in the front yard so we didn't know there was a package there. If I had the tracking info before it was delivered than I would have known and looked out for my package on the delivery date. I contacted Jujube and they want me to file a claim with FedEx. I'm not comfortable getting a FedEx employee in trouble when it wasn't his/her fault. This is Jujube's fault not FedEx. However, if I want a replacement or my $90.09 back they said I need to file that claim. It's been bothering me for days now and I only have 1 more day to file that claim before my 30 days are up. It's hard to decide between getting my money back vs a FedEx employee getting written up for something he didn't do or losing his/her job. It's not fair to that FedEx employee or myself. This is on the Jujube employee responsible for giving me a tracking number either by email or on my jujube account.
My child goes to school with this backpack. it is very convenient for him and he loves this color.
Love the midi! Perfect size! I carry it all the time! Definitely recommend.
