No discounts or coupon codes will be recognized on Blind Boxes and any orders that are placed with a code will be cancelled. No military, first responder, and medical worker discounts can be used in combination with this promotion. Please verify all shipping and billing information before checkout as addresses cannot be corrected once an order is placed. Promotion is open to US residents only, there will be no international shipments.

Returns Policy

You have 30 days from your original order date to return your JuJuBe purchase as long as it isn't a final sale or clearance item. All returns must be in new condition with all tags attached and unused. While we’d love to take back “gently used” goods, we can’t. There are plenty of places to find a good home for them, though including our Pre-Loved website!

Submit your return request above at our Loop Returns portal. Please note customers are responsible for the return shipping of their item. We supply discounted shipping labels and will deduct the cost of the label from your return.

JuJuBe is not responsible for goods that get lost in transit if a trackable method is not used! Please note that it takes up to 7 business days for your return to be checked in once it is received at the warehouse. Once checked in, you will be refunded. Returns over $250.00 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping

JuJuBe.com ships to the United States and US Territories, APOs, DPOs and FPOs. We do ship Internationally to select countries, and orders include shipping fees as well and duties and taxes.

When you place an order, processing will take between 7-10 business days. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Our free Ground shipping option is via Smartpost.

All JuJuBe Next Day and 2nd Day shipping orders placed by 9 am PST Monday - Friday will ship on the same business day. If a Next Day or 2nd Day shipping order is placed after 9 am PST, it will ship the next business day. Next Day and 2nd Day shipping orders placed Saturday - Sunday will ship the following Monday. Next Day Air does not deliver on Saturday.

JuJuBe International reserves the right to cancel orders at any time. Buying with the intention of reselling is strictly prohibited and can lead to consequences such as: limited quantities and frequencies on future orders allowed, added fees to cover shipping and duties, and potential banning from future purchases. Free Shipping is limited to orders up to $600, orders over $600 will be invoiced for additional shipping charges.

If you are a fan of JuJuBe or

surprise this is a great way
to do it. I chose a large
blind box and was very
happy with what I got. I got
a Be Right Back, Be Light, Be
Set, Be Quick, and a
messenger strap along with
a few JuJuBe keychains.
The value of the box
surpassed what I paid. I
enjoyed the surprise! It was nice to get a few discontinued prints and colors!

Worth the money!

Large box, great assortment of bags
I got my large blind box during warehouse sale. My box includes: Raspberry Jam BRB, Day 2 Night Crossbody, Queen of the Nile mini BFF, Shimmer coffee Break, Hello Kitty Stroller clips, a JuJuBe keychain and 2 charms.
I am happy with a variety of bags, and got a chance to try something different. The BRB is one of my favorite bag, and the Raspberry Jam is so pretty in person. The Day 2 Night Crossbody looks really nice with two different main compartments that would make it easy for organizing mom & baby stuff.
