Returns Policy
You have 30 days from your original order date to return your JuJuBe purchase as long as it isn't a final sale or clearance item. All returns must be in new condition with all tags attached and unused. While we’d love to take back “gently used” goods, we can’t. There are plenty of places to find a good home for them, though including our Pre-Loved website!

 

Submit your return request above at our Loop Returns portal. Please note customers are responsible for the return shipping of their item. We supply discounted shipping labels and will deduct the cost of the label from your return.

 

JuJuBe is not responsible for goods that get lost in transit if a trackable method is not used! Please note that it takes up to 7 business days for your return to be checked in once it is received at the warehouse. Once checked in, you will be refunded. Returns over $250.00 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 

Shipping
JuJuBe.com ships to the United States and US Territories, APOs, DPOs and FPOs. We do ship Internationally to select countries, and orders include shipping fees as well and duties and taxes.

 

When you place an order, processing will take between 7-10 business days. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Our free Ground shipping option is via Smartpost.

 

All JuJuBe Next Day and 2nd Day shipping orders placed by 9 am PST Monday - Friday will ship on the same business day. If a Next Day or 2nd Day shipping order is placed after 9 am PST, it will ship the next business day. Next Day and 2nd Day shipping orders placed Saturday - Sunday will ship the following Monday. Next Day Air does not deliver on Saturday.

 

JuJuBe International reserves the right to cancel orders at any time. Buying with the intention of reselling is strictly prohibited and can lead to consequences such as: limited quantities and frequencies on future orders allowed, added fees to cover shipping and duties, and potential banning from future purchases. Free Shipping is limited to orders up to $600, orders over $600 will be invoiced for additional shipping charges.

    Thank you jjb for bringing out an adult bag! I've been after this in grey for a while now and love the features and size (better than a be quick for me). Love that this fabric is printable for other prints too.

    Love this style!

    Great crossbody purse that seems like it will last for a long time. The silicone texture protects the bag from scratches and possible corner wear. I love the print and colors to much. This will be in my regular bag rotation. :)

    Fancy yet functional!

    For some reason I hadn't fully realized that this clutch was mostly fabric (vs leather-like material), but that only makes sense because its the Eco version. :) The bottom and strap reinforcement parts are leather (or some version if that) and are soft and smooth. The main black fabric is sleek and feels like it will hold up well. The chain feels heavy and strong, not the cheap chancy crap.

    The bag as a whole feels luxurious and fancy yet strong and functional. I love that a little bit of color is added on the inside with the stripy swirl print. I'm excited to need to use it more! (Versus a toddler "diaper" bag full of snacks, tablet, extra clothes, etc etc).
