      COVID-19 UPDATE: The warehouse is working under CDC guidelines due to Covid-19 outbreak and packing as fast as they can! We have a 7-10 business day processing time currently for all orders to ship. Our warehouse isn't open on the weekends, so orders placed Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on Monday morning. Once shipped you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. We have seen that UPS, USPS and Fed Ex are all experiencing delays of up to 48-72 hours in uploading tracking numbers, even though orders have been shipped. Don’t be concerned if your tracking number doesn’t show movement in the first few days. We really appreciate your patience. Cancellations are not possible once an order is placed.

      Currently expedited shipping methods will take 1-5 business days to process as well due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. **All JuJuBe FedEx Next Day and 2nd Day shipping orders placed by 9 am PST Monday - Friday will ship on the same business day. If a Next Day or 2nd Day shipping order is placed after 9 am PST, it will ship the next business day. Next Day and 2nd Day shipping orders placed Saturday - Sunday will ship the following Monday. FedEx Next Day Air does not deliver on Saturday.

      For orders of $100.00 and above, we offer free smartpost shipping in the United States. For order totaling $99.99 and below standard ground shipping is available for a nominal in the U.S.

      Issues with your order?

      If your order arrives incomplete, damaged, with an incorrect item or if an order is marked as delivered but it wasn't received, please contact JuJuBe Customer Service within 30 days of placing your order. After 30 days, we are unable to accept these claims.

      Who pays for return shipping?

      The price of return shipping is the full responsibility of the customer. Once the item has been received, JuJuBe will issue a store credit or full refund of the purchase.

      Returns over $250.00 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

      Here at JuJuBe, we make returns simple. Here’s how it works:

      1) You have 30 days once you receive your item to return your JuJuBe purchase as long as it isn't a final sale item.

      2) All returns must be in new condition with all tags attached and unused.

      Please note, while we’d love to take back “gently used” goods, we can’t. There are plenty of places to find a good home for them, though!

      3) Contact our Customer Service team about your return. In your correspondence, please make sure to include the:

      • First and Last Name of the Purchaser
      • Reason for Return
      • Order Number (This can be found in your JuJuBe account or original order confirmation email!)
      • What item(s) are being returned
      • Please indicate whether you would like a refund or an online credit.

      4) Next, place the RMA number you receive from Customer Service on the outside of your return package. This step is important! We can't accept any returns without an RMA number on the package.

      5) Finally, please send your return to us using a trackable mailing method (such as UPS, FedEx, etc.). Please note that we are not responsible for goods that get lost in transit if a trackable method is not used!

      Please note that it takes up to 7 business days for your return to be checked in once it is received at the warehouse. Once checked in, you will be refunded.

      We love when our customers show love to our Retailers! If you are looking to return a bag you bought at a JuJuBe Retailer, please return to that store and they will be happy to return or exchange the product for you!

      We are aware of NON-AUTHORIZED parties selling JuJuBe on Amazon and eBay. We are actively alerted by our valued customers, retailers, and distributors and are working to resolve the issues.
