If you’re purchasing this bag and one of your reasons is because of their warranty, just know it’s complete bull. I purchased a bag and it’s defective, I provided all the information they asked for and they are now ignoring my emails. Don’t be fooled, when they needed the extra info they were so quick to respond and now it’s been months. Don’t buy because if you get a defective one you’ll be shafted because you pay a pretty penny then they don’t honor their warranty.
